From the initial check in, through the pre-testing, and to the exam with your optometrist, Dr. Novak, you’ll experience the personal touch of a team that truly cares.
Dan Novak, OD
Dr. Dan Novak is thrilled to open his own optometry clinic to be able to serve the Lincoln, NE community that he has called home for the past nine years.
Dr. Novak graduated with Honors from Indiana University School of Optometry and then moved to Lincoln to begin his career. Having worked in multiple different types of eye care clinics, Dr. Novak is experienced in providing eye care to patients of all ages and backgrounds.
In his free time, Dr. Novak enjoys giving back to the Lincoln community through leadership development programs, as the Secretary and Treasurer of the Nebraska Optometric Association, and as a volunteer with the Knights of Columbus.
Like his practice, his family is also growing! Dr. Novak and his wife enjoy spending time with their three young children.
Tracie Goodenberger, OD
Dr. Tracie Goodenberger is a dedicated optometrist who graduated in 2024 from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN. With a passion for pediatric optometry, she completed her training at the MUSC Children’s Clinic in Charleston, SC. Originally from Salina, KS, Dr. Goodenberger earned her undergraduate degree from Kansas State University and served as a FOCUS missionary for two years before pursuing her optometry career.
New to Lincoln, Dr. Goodenberger is excited to meet new people and build lasting relationships. She enjoys an active lifestyle, including running, biking, and playing golf with her husband, Alan. She is also passionate about leading Bible studies. Although a proud Kansas State Wildcat, she loves attending Husker football games. Dr. Goodenberger is committed to providing compassionate and comprehensive eye care to her patients and looks forward to serving the Lincoln community for years to come.
Rita Caha
Rita feels one of the best parts of her job is guiding new contact lens wearers through the process of caring for, then inserting, and removing their lenses. The process, although challenging, the excitement and obvious sense of accomplishment the patients display upon successfully inserting and removing their lenses is extremely rewarding.
In her spare time, Rita enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Some favorite pastimes are traveling and being outdoors with her husband and their son.
Isabel
Isabel began her career in eye care in 2020 and has since found her passion as an optometric technician at Premier Vision. In 2023, she completed her first level of paraoptometric certification (CPO) and is dedicated to furthering her education by completing all levels of CPO certification. Isabel’s favorite aspect of her job is educating patients on their ocular health and guiding them through the eye exam process. She also specializes in repairing broken glasses, making her the go-to person for repairs.
Outside of work, Isabel enjoys attending weekly trivia nights with her husband and friends, hitting the driving range, and spending time with her family.
Morgan
Morgan moved to Lincoln in 2007 to pursue a degree in Early Childhood Education and spent many years working in childcare. In 2016, she discovered her passion for the optical field and began her career as an optician. Since then, Morgan has taken on various roles, including optician, contact lens technician, and management. However, her true passion remains in being an optician—she loves helping patients select frames that boost their confidence and excitement about their new prescription. When she’s not working, Morgan enjoys spending time with her two children: her 14-year-old son, Jakson, and her 1-year-old daughter, Gianna.

What Are Your Hours of Operation?
Premier Vision is open five days a week and by appointment on Saturdays. Our hours are:
Mon – Wed: 8 am – 5 pm
Thur: 9 am – 5:30 pm
Fri: 8 am – 3 pm
